Amelia Pearson (Cox) has been one of Australia's most consistent long course professional athletes over the past 5-10 years. Amelia has finished on the podium in 3 Ironmans and 5 Half Ironman events, has medalled in world championships at both Olympic Distance and Long Course as both and age grouper and professional. Having spent time racing in France, Switzerland, Germany, England, the USA, Canada, Korea, New Zealand and off course Australia, Amelia is a seasoned professional and has certainly been able to get the most out of her body. With a personal best Ironman time of 9 hours 36 minutes Amelia is known for her strength across all three legs of a triathlon and has been the first pro female to exit the water at numerous events throughout the world.
 
Amelia has now turned her hand to coaching and has stable of athletes based in Tasmania, Australia. Amelia is a Level 2 Triathlon Australia Accredited Coach and has a Bachelor Degree in Education from the University of Tasmania.
 
Joe Pearson is a former Australian Rules Footballer who represented Tasmania Country. He has completed 2 Ironman's and numerous Half Ironman and Olympic Distance events. Joe has race directed more than 50 triathlon, duathlon and aquathlon events in the past 10 years including the 2008-2009 School Sport Australia Championships and the 2008-2009 Australian ITU Junior Super Sprint Race weekend on the Gold Coast. Joe was a masseur for the Australian Triathlon team at the World Championships in New Zealand in 2003, and the founding President of the Cradle Coast Triathlon and Multisport Club in Tasmania. Joe has a Bachelor Degree in Human Movement with First Class Honours from the University of Tasmania and is a level 2 gym instructor and sports trainer.
